1. Our services

TCO Wellness provides wellness education, lifestyle coaching, and concierge care coordination. TCO Wellness does not itself practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All medical decisions — including whether any therapy is appropriate and how it is dosed — are made by independent licensed physicians, and prescribed medications are compounded, dispensed, and shipped by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. 2. Professional relationships

Using our website or non-medical services does not create a doctor–patient relationship with TCO Wellness. If an independent licensed physician reviews your medical history or prescribes therapy for you, your treatment relationship is with that provider, subject to their own terms and consents. Not all applicants will be approved for therapy.

3. Bookings & payments

Consultations are scheduled through our booking provider. Program fees are personalized and discussed during your consultation; when payment is collected it is processed securely by our payment processor, and any recurring fees continue until cancelled.

4. Refunds & cancellations

If you're not satisfied after your first session, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to make it right. Memberships may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by TCO Wellness and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCO Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
